We're SignyPigny — a tight crew of developers, former paralegals, and one very persistent stationery hoarder who got sick of chasing signatures across time zones and fax machines that never quite worked. We built the document signer we personally wished existed: fast enough for a coffee-shop closing, careful enough for a real lease agreement.
Our mission is to strip the friction out of paperwork without stripping out the trust. Every tool in the app — the signature engine, the camera scanner, the form filler, the locked vault — exists so freelancers, agents, and small business owners can finish the deal instead of hunting for a printer.

SignyPigny: Document Signer ("SignyPigny," "the app," "we," "us") is built on one simple rule: your documents are yours, and yours alone. This policy explains — in plain language, no legalese required — exactly what that means for you.
We collect nothing. SignyPigny does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any account credentials, and no account is ever required. There are no analytics SDKs running in the background and no advertising identifiers generated. The signatures you draw, the stamps you design, and the documents you scan or fill are created and processed entirely inside the app — they never reach us, because there is no server waiting to receive them.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no dataset for us to study, no behavioral model to train, and no marketing list to add you to. SignyPigny simply performs the task you ask of it — signing, scanning, filling, or filing — and then waits quietly for the next one.
Every signature, stamp, scanned page, and filled PDF form is stored locally on your device, inside the app's private storage or the local vault folders you create. Nothing is mirrored to a cloud server, nothing is synced to our infrastructure — because we do not operate one to hold your content — and nothing leaves your device unless you personally choose to export or share it.
SignyPigny does not embed third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade access to your documents or usage patterns, for the simple reason that none of that information exists anywhere outside your own device.
Your local vault can be locked behind Face ID, Touch ID, or a custom passcode, adding a hardware-backed layer of protection on top of your device's own encryption. Because your documents never travel across a network to reach us, they are never exposed to the risks of transmission, interception, or a remote server breach.
SignyPigny is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age — a straightforward outcome of an app that collects no personal information from anyone at all. If a child has used the app, no data recovery or deletion request is necessary, because no data was ever transmitted to us in the first place.
There are no accounts to create, so there is no profile to manage and nothing sitting on our servers to delete. You remain in complete control at all times: remove any signature, stamp, or scanned document from the local vault whenever you like, or uninstall the app entirely to erase all associated local data from your device instantly.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect new features or to clarify existing language. Any revisions will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date, and continued use of SignyPigny after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
